  • Refund Policy
    We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Ozzie.bot subscriptions, provided you complete onboarding within 48 hours of purchase.

    This includes:

    Connecting your phone number and business info

    Approving AI voice and tone customization

    Responding to setup emails within 24 hours

    Refunds will be granted only if we are unable to deliver core functionality (i.e. answering calls, routing, or providing summaries) due to a failure on our part.If setup is completed and Ozzie is operational, the service is considered delivered. AI systems may produce errors or fail to capture information correctly. By using Ozzie, you accept that occasional mistakes may occur and that no refund will be granted for bot miscommunications, incorrect lead capture, or client experience issues beyond our control.

  • Cancelation Policy
    For ongoing subscriptions, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date. Cancellations apply to the following cycle. Due to infrastructure and AI costs, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

LPZero is not liable for any lost leads, client dissatisfaction, or damages resulting from the AI's performance.You may not resell, white-label, or replicate Ozzie.bot technology without written permission.
